veridaaa combines three layers into an end-to-end review process: integration, analysis, verification. Each layer augments experts — it does not replace them. Every document is reviewed against the whole project: specifications, contracts, project handbook, requirements, standards, norms and existing documents.

01 · Layer 1

Integrated data base

You work in the veridaaa desktop app: documents arrive via file import, folder sync or drag & drop — and stay on your machine. Reference libraries (norms, requirements, contracts) are maintained per project or organisation-wide. The entire project is captured: specifications, contracts, project handbook, requirements, standards, norms, TQs and existing documents. Direct connections to document-management systems and project databases are envisaged as a future expansion stage.

02 · Layer 2

AI analysis & self-check

Multiple AI agents review independently against the full data base and challenge each other. Existing comments are read, response drafts proposed — all under human supervision.

03 · Layer 3

Verified result

Every comment contains the exact reference: chapter, page, paragraph in the document — plus the corresponding requirement, standard or contract clause. Ready for expert sign-off.
